Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation
River Rock isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination designed to reconnect you with the rhythm of the natural world. Every corner is crafted to bring the outdoors in, ensuring that peace follows you from the forest to the fireside.
Flexible Cancellation
30+ days before check-in: Full refund of all payments
14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking amount
7-13 days before check-in: 25% refund of total booking amount
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call (555) 123-4567. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Special Circumstances
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund. Documentation may be required.
Terms of Service
Booking Agreement
By booking a stay at River Rock, you agree to comply with all property rules, policies, and local regulations. The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and will be responsible for all guests during the stay.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Guest Responsibilities
Treat the property with respect and care
Comply with all house rules and local noise ordinances
Report any damages or issues immediately
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events without prior written approval
Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. A security deposit may be held and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or excessive cleaning.
River Rock is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to personal property during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a reservation if guests violate our policies, disturb neighbors, or engage in illegal activities. No refund will be provided in such cases.
